Here is our first blog as The Fernau family. We have some exciting things coming up and we wanted to share it with our friends and family. We will try and blog a few days a week to keep you updated on the happenings in our family.
We have been busy trying to prepare for Baby Fernau to come in October. Joe has been busy building the changing table and crib, hanging new blinds and curtains in the nursery and keeping up with the yard and garden. I have been busy with work (even working some overtime) and keeping up on laundry and cleaning. We are slowly collecting baby clothes and accessories from friends and family and garage sales. Its an exciting time for us! We have our 20 week ultrasound this coming Friday and we are very exciting to see our baby. Will it be a boy or a girl? We don't want to find out at this time so everyone will have to wait until October!
In the next post we will put up some pictures of the baby furniture we have so far and maybe even some ultrasound pictures :)
